In Episode 95 of Two Fit Crazies & a Microphone podcast, we had a blast talking with Dr. Sebastian Gonzales of Huntington Beach, California. Dr. Gonzales, an accomplished Sports Chiropractor and Human Movement Specialist, shares how his experiences rehabilitating childhood injuries lead him to re-evaluate the goals of physical therapy. Dr. Gonzales believes that we first need to examine why we believe we are injured or why we believe we “can’t” do something. Only then, we can begin to “unravel the yarn” and work towards standing and lasting results.  Dr. Gonzales also offers a unique perspective on the state of therapy and the way in which you should view rehabilitating injuries. Dr. Gonzales also gives out some awesome tips from his latest book, I Will Beat Back Pain as well as awesome advice from his podcast, RESTORING HUMAN MOVEMENT!

In Episode 86, the Two Fit Crazies took a trip to the Netherlands! We wish!  Instead, we had a great interview via ZOOM with an amazing transformational coach by the name of Colin Dingelstad. Colin joined us live from Swalmen in the Netherlands to share his story and perspective about the current state of health and fitness. Colin, a very successful transformational coach and owner of Beyond Social Conditioning, first became interested in learning about successful habits and improving “the self” while reading self-help books as a teenager. Although his goal at the time was to score more dates, his passion for improving the quality of life for himself and others was long-lasting. In this episode, Colin revealed his own “secrets to success” by going “beyond social conditioning” with each of his clients. He asks them to reflect deeply about their life through analyzing their movement, health, mindset, and more.  While Colin speaks about the current state of fitness and health in the Netherlands and the U.K., his messages about the importance of laughing, smiling, and happiness, are universal!

Coming off his HUGE Philly Marathon 2 hour 48 minute 42 second (2:48:42), PR, Brian gives us the low down on his gigantic effort in the City of Brotherly Love. What did this guy just win an Oscar? Dr. Bales is a New York State board certified physical therapist and owner of Reform Physical Therapy in New York City. Reform PT specializes in treating and training pregnant and postpartum female athletes of all levels. Abby is a graduate of NYU's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program, a pelvic floor certified physical therapist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a run coach, 9 time marathoner, loving wife to a Marine and mother of two youngsters. As such, she offers a very unique perspective and supreme level of expertise. 

Abby is dedicated to helping women stay as active as they want to be during a very unique time in their lives. As a mother and an athlete, Abby understands the emotional and physical needs of women to be active both during and after pregnancy, the desire to return to high levels of performance, and the complexity of fitness and motherhood.
