In this Episode 183 of the Two Fit Crazies and a Microphone Podcast, you will hear from a podcast virgin who also happens to be an amazing medical exercise therapist and personal trainer from Ontario. Wendy Major decided to take action after becoming sick of seeing “too many things, or people, falling through the cracks” when it comes to home care. Currently located four hours north of Toronto, Wendy shares how she found her calling in life to “alleviate stresses and pains for families” caring for loved ones that are not only living on their own, but also living with family members. Through her clinical experience working with older adults, she discusses how her love and compassion for her clients allowed her the confidence and knowledge to open her own company, Universal Home Care. She provides services that are lacking for seniors if they want to remain independent and in their own homes. As Wendy describes it, “it is heart-work.” Wendy also talks about her journey to her inspirational speaking debut for Project H.O.P.E., a world-wide webinar series developed by friends of the podcast, Sgt. Ken Weichert and his wife Stephanie. You will surely be inspired by this Canadian rock star whose forward thinking and professionalism is changing lives!

Enjoy!
