In addition, Dr. Karp gives us a sneak peek into his 11th book that is due to be released summer of 2020. In Episode 110, the Two Fit Crazies welcomed back Dr. Jason Karp to the show for the third time! Obviously, the Fit Crazies love speaking with the incredibly intelligent Dr. Karp about the latest developments in exercise science to improve all aspects of running. This time, Dr. Karp speaks about his newest endeavors such as: enrolling in  an MBO program at San Diego State, coaching an elite team of Rev02lution Running  athletes from around the globe, writing another book about how physical activity,  specifically running, affects sexual behavior, and creating a Run-Fit Kenyan running  camp after his experience training at the High Altitude Training Camp in Iten, Kenya.  Needless to say, whether you are an avid runner or just looking for ways to improve your health and fitness through walking or running, Dr. Jason Karp dishes out all the science about how running WILL improve your life.
