In Episode 204 of the Two Fit Crazies and a Microphone Podcast, the Two Fit Crazies are joined by a 7x World Champion and 6x World Record holder by the name of Aaron Yoder. Joining the show from Lindsborg, Kansas, where he current serves as the head track coach for Bethany College, Aaron is moving forward in life by going backwards. Aaron shares his story of what it was like to be a decorated runner in high school and college, only to be sidelined in his early twenties by what should have been a career-ending injury. Saying that Aaron made lemonade, or as I say, Lemon Martinis, out of lemons, is an understatement. After experimenting with backwards running on his home treadmill as a teenager, Aaron realized that this was “his calling” and HE WAS GOOD! In fact, Aaron reveals his secrets to “retro” running and what inspired him to set Guinness World Records and compete at 7 World Championships. You are bound to be impressed with Aaron not only for his incredible work ethic and ability to run 5-minute miles in reverse, but also for his desire to serve and inspire others as a collegiate coach. In fact, on Sunday, you can even find Aaron delivering sermons at his local church. Does this sound too good to be true? If, so, do yourself a favor and Google Aaron Yoder and watch him in action! He will not disappoint!

Stay Crazie!
