In Episode 70, the Two Fit Crazies will help you face the Bermuda Triangle of Holidays. This is what Brian refers to as the time between Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the New Year. Stress levels are high, diets suffer, workouts are set aside, money is tight, sleep is at a minimum, and there is NEVER enough time in the day to get everything done. The holidays are supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, right?

On top of that, everywhere you look there are self-proclaimed “gurus” and “experts” on television, social media, and more that make unsubstantiated promises that have all the answers, so you can live YOUR BEST LIFE. They seem to have “it” all figured out. Do this. Eat and drink that. Buy this. In actuality, no one has it all figured out….and that’s okay! Christine and Brian offer their advice on how to identify and avoid being duped by false claims and how to embrace things, people, and ideas in life that brings you joy!
